Return Policy
Returns within 30 Days:
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.
After 30 days from the delivery date, returns are not accepted.
In case of Brand ADO – If there are any quality problems during this period, we will do our best to provide you with repair and after-sales service
A). Within 14 days (when you receive the package) Defective products can be returned or exchanged for free.
B). More than 14 days (when you receive the package)
Returns are not accepted, we can help repair defective products; if you insist on returning the product, you can return it within 30 days of signing for it, but you must pay the return shipping costs and be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. If you apply for a return more than 30 days after signing for the product, you must pay the return shipping costs and be charged a restocking fee of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price.
For non-quality issues:
Return within 14 days: customer may ask for product replacement or return within 14 days after received it. A 10% processing fee(10% of the purchase price) will be applied.
Return beyond 14 days: If you wish to return an item after 14 days, you may do so if the item to be returned is new and unused, but you will be charged a return shipping fee and a restocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, or the e-bike must have fewer than ten (10) kilometers on the display.
All original items included in the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) must be returned, and the item must be in its original packaging.
Provide the original purchase proof for processing.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly at service@discountfinder.online. We will assess the issue and work towards a resolution.
Return Initiation:
To initiate a return, contact us at service@discountfinder.online. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for the return process. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of self-returned packages.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Products from Unauthorized Resellers
Damage caused by human factors
Special orders
Giveaways or free items
Online sale accessories (e.g., fenders, gift box, rack bag, helmet, controllers, phone mount, air compressor, waterproof cover, lock, rearview mirror, etc.)
Extra purchased accessories (Ensure compatibility before purchase)
Refund Process
Returned E-bikes or Batteries with Provided Label:
Our warehouse confirms the item’s status within five business days of receiving it.
Upon confirmation, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days.
Self-Returned Items:
Provide a picture of the delivery note, tracking number, and carrier name.
After the package shows delivery in the logistics track, we confirm its status within five business days.
Refund issued within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Specific Points to Note:
If the returned item model is inconsistent with the order, no refund can be provided.
If the condition of the returned item differs from the description before the return, a reasonable deduction may apply, depending on the loss of parts.
Additional Refund Conditions
Cancellation Before Shipping:
A processing fee of 8% of the total amount will be deducted.
Cancellation After Shipping:
Customers canceling orders after shipping must pay a $400 shipping fee per bike, deducted from the refund amount.
Customer Refusal of Package:
If a customer refuses to accept the package, a $400 shipping fee will be charged for resending.
Refund Due to Quality Issues (Within 30 Days):
Defective products due to quality issues within 30 days are eligible for a free refund.
A $150 shipping fee associated with the original shipment cannot be refunded.
Returns Over 30 Days:
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for issues reported after 30 days of receiving the product.
Quality Issues Beyond 30 Days:
Refunds for quality issues reported beyond 30 days will be processed based on the brand’s policy, which may be full or partial.
Receipt of Wrong Goods:
If you receive incorrect goods, you have the option for a free exchange or a full refund.
Undeliverable or Missing Packages:
In cases where packages cannot be delivered or are missing, customers can choose between a new product shipment or a full refund.
