1. Warranty and Guarantee
Warranty Period:
The warranty period for our e-bikes and e-scooters is detailed below.
If non-human damage is identified within the warranty period, we will send replacement parts free of charge.
After the warranty period, customers are responsible for replacement parts and shipping fees.
All bikes and scooters we sell are factory new regular products, and replacement parts are identical to the original components.
Accessories Purchased Separately:
Accessories purchased separately are sold at cost price for quick problem resolution.
Except for DOA (Dead on Arrival), separately purchased accessories are not covered by the warranty.
Not Covered by Warranty:
Used e-bikes and e-scooters, as well as modified versions, are not covered by the warranty.
2. Warranty Coverage Exclusions
The warranty does not cover conditions such as:
Failure due to the user’s non-compliance with the “Instruction Manual.”
User-initiated disassembly, repair, or modification not following usage rules.
Failure due to improper use, storage, or accidents.
Costs incurred at unauthorized repair shops.
Minor scratches or damage to the outer package during accessory logistics transportation.
Products returned without prior acceptance.
Consumable parts, including tires, saddles, plastic parts, brakes, brake rotors, brake pads, brake lines, surface scratches, etc.
3. How to Apply for Warranty
Steps:
Capture a picture/short video of the issue.
Send a short description of the problem, pictures or videos, order number, and purchase platform to service@discountfinder.online.
We’ll diagnose the problem and provide a solution.
For undiagnosed issues, we’ll send troubleshooting files, and you provide corresponding videos or pictures for a solution.
After verification, we’ll reissue the corresponding accessories.
